Namaste everyone!
Mornings with temperatures in the 20s, shorter days and snow on the ground mark the beginning of winter (and ski season!) here in the Colorado Rockies. November is also the start of the trekking off-season in the Himalayas. Our final groups for 2018 are now on their way up to Everest Base Camp, around the Annapurna Circuit and across the Tsum Valley.
Looking forward to 2019, we have two new itineraries on tap in Bhutan. The first of these new adventures is the ‘Dagala Thousand Lakes Trek’ where we will make a short trek across some of Bhutan’s pristine wilderness. The ‘Masagang & Laya Trek’ enters the alpine world beneath the majestic peak of Mount Masagang. These are both camping trips combining well-traveled nomad trails with a rich cultural experience.
