Steps To Signing Up For Your Adventure Vacation

1. Request a Trip Itinerary

Please fill out our Contact Us form, email us or call us on (970) 945-2601 to request a detailed trip itinerary or if you would like further information or have questions about a particular trip. Each of our itineraries includes a day to day trip description, suggested packing list and other useful trip related information.

2. Confirm Your Itinerary

Read the detailed itinerary description of the trip and call or email us back with any questions.

3. Verify Availability

In order to check on availability and/or if you require any further information, you should contact our office. In order to enjoy your vacation to the fullest, you need to select a trip that is well suited to your prior experience and current physical capabilities. After all, you are taking time off work, time away from home, paying hard earned money and expecting to have a great time. 

4. Payment & Confirmation

Once you have decided on the best trip for you, we will need you to return to our office a completed and signed copy of your Registration Form, along with a $500.00 per person deposit. You can simply fill out our Registration Form online and submit it electronically or print out the form and mail it in (PDF). Your deposit may be in the form of a personal check, cashiers check, we can provide you with the details to send a wire transfer or you can pay by credit card via our SECURE PAYPAL BUY NOW LINK.

Booking Conditions

Please read the booking agreement carefully. When you sign the booking form you (and any other person on whose behalf you book) agree to accept all of these conditions, you acknowledge that you have read the relevant trip details and understand the nature of the trip.
