When the first of the September groups touch down at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu later this week, we officially kick off our 30th trekking season in Nepal!
In the fall of 1987, we led our first ever trek to the base camp of Mount Everest. That’s three decades of hiking scenic trails, composing colorful photographs, gazing up at snowy Himalayan peaks, creating wonderful memories and before my gray beard and receding hairline! It also marks our 30 year friendship and partnership with our excellent Nepal-based agent.
