When the first of the spring 2024 groups land at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu this April, we officially kick off our 36th trekking season in Nepal!
In the fall of 1987, we led our first ever trek to Mount Everest Base Camp, and have been returning every year since! That’s three and a half decades of hiking scenic trails, composing colorful photographs, gazing up at snowy Himalayan peaks, creating wonderful memories. All well before my gray beard and receding hairline! It also marks our 36 year friendship and partnership with our excellent Nepal-based agent.
