Hello Friends!
Every year on May 29th, the climbing, trekking and running communities join the people of Nepal to celebrate the 1st successful summit (May 29, 1953) of Mount Everest, the world’s highest peak. This year we had 258 trekkers and runners from 35 countries at Everest Base Camp to join the local festivities!
Congratulations to Mr. Suman Kulung, the winner of the 2025 Tenzing-Hillary Everest Marathon (3:50:26), and a huge thank you to all participants, volunteers and race staff who made this year’s trip such a success! We appreciate you all!
For those looking for a trekking and/or running challenge, registration is open for the May 15 to June 3, 2026 trip.
