We are very excited to announce that our April 3 to April 19, 2022 Everest Base Camp ‘Almost’ Luxury Lodge Trek with trip leader Helen Rudy is now confirmed to go! In fact, 7 of the 10 available spots are already taken. This is a special all-women’s active adventure to the foot of Mount Everest.

Helen has been a personal friend for over 20 years and, along with husband Peter, has been guiding adventure tours and traveling the world most of her life. We have worked with Helen to design an Everest Base Camp Lodge Trek using a 5-star hotel in Kathmandu and luxury/upgraded accommodations for all but two nights (hence the ‘Almost’) during the 12-day hike for those looking for an exotic and comfortable trip of a lifetime in Nepal.

Over the years, Helen has led many trips in Nepal, Tanzania and Bhutan. She actually met her husband Peter on a mountain bike trip in Tanzania and was a member of an experienced crew, which successfully saw 65 women reach the top of Kilimanjaro! When not traveling, Helen enjoys taking her dogs on walks, hiking, biking, golfing and works as a professional glass master in Denver and Avon, Colorado.
