Nepal Drops Covid-19 Entry Requirements
As of June 7, 2023, Nepal’s Health Ministry has officially dropped the requirements to show proof of Covid vaccinations and a negative PCR test upon arrival in Kathmandu. Nepal is now fully open with no restrictions and visas available to all tourists upon arrival.

On March 31, the NTB officially issues new guidelines for all foreign trekkers The Nepal Tourism Board has passed new guidelines, requiring foreign trekkers visiting Nepal’s national parks and conservation areas to have a guide or a porter for their entire journey.
