According to my GPS our approximate total trek was: 13 days 47 hours (moving time, excluding lunches and rests) 70 miles 9,184 feet to 17,500 feet (difference in elevation between Lukla and Goyko Ri) 25,000 feet of ups and downs between VERY IMPRESSIVE, especially at the elevations we were at!
